Schedule Coaches makes business tools for independent sport coaches: the people teaching juniors before sunrise, running adult clinics at lunch, and squeezing in privates after work.
Most coaching software was built for clubs and franchises, then bent into shape for solo pros. We took the opposite path.
Schedule Coaches started with a simple observation: independent coaches are running a real business, but they're managing it like a hobby. A spreadsheet for clients. Text-message scheduling. A separate app for invoices. Notes on the back of a paddle cover.
So we built the toolkit we wished existed. Our cofounder coaches, so every design call got argued out on a real court. It's phone-first, court-aware, and priced like a flat-rate service instead of a per-seat enterprise tool.
Our products
Pickleball Coach launched in 2025 and is used by certified coaches across the US.
Tennis Coach is the same toolkit, rebuilt around the rhythms of tennis lessons, junior programs, and club operations. It's live in the browser today, with the iOS and Android apps submitted and awaiting store approval.
Both apps share the same core, so improvements made for one sport land on the other.
What we believe
- Coaches are entrepreneurs. A solo pro running a full book is running a small business. They deserve real business tools, not a stripped-down CRM.
- Phone-first. A coach's office is the court. The app has to work between sessions, one-handed, with the sun in your eyes.
- One source of truth. Your client list, your schedule, your money: they're the same business. They should live in the same app.
- Fair pricing. A flat monthly fee that scales with you. No per-client charges, no transaction cuts, no upsells.
Who we work with
We work directly with working coaches: certified pickleball pros, tennis instructors, club teaching pros, and independent pros teaching out of their cars. Every feature in Schedule Coaches has been tested against a real coach's Monday morning.
We're a small team based in the US, and we ship updates on a regular cadence based on what coaches actually ask for. If you have feedback (good, bad, or "you should really fix this"), we'd love to hear it.
