Common pricing questions.
Is the free plan actually free? Forever?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free for up to 5 clients, with no time limit and no credit card required. We make money when you grow, not before.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you're ready for Pro, you subscribe through Stripe and the first 7 days are free. A card is required to start the trial; cancel before day 7 and you won't be charged. If you cancel, your account drops back to the Free plan with all your data intact.
Are pickleball and tennis priced the same?
Yes. $23.99/month for either sport. If you coach both, each app is its own subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, from the app. You keep access through the end of your billing period, then drop back to the Free plan. Your data stays put.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Monthly only for now.
Can clients pay through the app?
Not yet. Today you track payments manually (cash, Venmo, card, however you take them) and your dashboard totals the revenue. Built-in card processing is coming.
